Fully charged automotive batteries should measure at 12.6v or above. When the engine is running, this measurement should be 13.7v to 14.7v.

A vehicle's tyres are the only point of contact that your vehicle has with the road. They need to be in good working conditions at all times to ensure road safety to you and all other road users. It is true that running a tyre with a nail embedded in isn't life threatening situation at first, but when water starts to seep into the tyre, it could corrode the steel belt and cause all sorts of unpleasant situations thereafter hence, it is not safe to drive with a nail in your tyre, as a puncture could lead to a blowout at any point of time.
